We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the issue. We will respond within 48 hours to determine if your situation qualifies for a return. If so, you can return at buyers expense and we will be glad to refund you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please understand we try to ship out as fast as possible and can’t be responsible for incorrect info entered. We will do our best to make any necessary changes prior to shipping, however if package has already shipped, it is buyers responsibility to contact shipper to make any changes. Any costs charged by the carrier is at the buyers expense. We will do our best to accommodate you.
